Structure

The New leadership paradigm  Learning System is structured in the following manner.

The Leading Self learning module is foundational. It is the starting point for learning how to lead a more fulfilling life. You must be able to lead yourself before you can effectively lead others.

The Leading a Team learning module is foundational for everyone who is involved in managing a group of people in any form of organisation. 

After completing the first two learning modules the aspiring leader can progress to the Leading an Organisation learning module, and then to the Leading in Society learning module or can move directly to the Leading in Society learning module as shown in the following diagram. Structure of the New Leadership Paradigm Learning System

Feedback loops from the Leading Others, Leading an Organisation and Leading in Society modules allow participants in the New leadership paradigm  Learning System to update their Leading Self Journal as they encounter new situations and deal with new experiences that expand their understanding and awareness of themselves.
