The Leadership Journals

Each learning module comes with a downloadable leadership journal and workbook that you can use to develop your skills in leading yourself, leading others, leading an organisation or leading in society.  The leadership journal allows you to keep track of your challenges, your performance and your progress. It is designed in such a way that it can become a living encyclopaedia and memory bank of your leadership journey. The structure of the leadership journal is the same for each module. The journal id divided into five sections:

• My Leadership Journey (Self/Team/Organisation/Community) explores the past to the present. Where you have been and where you are now.
• My Potential (Self/Team/Organisation/Community) explores possibilities for the future—who you can become and where you want to go.
• My Challenges (Self/Team/Organisation/Community) explores the reality of where you are now and the hurdles you have to overcome.
• My Mastery (Self/Team/Organisation/Community) explores how you manage your day-to-day reality so you can get the outcomes you need to get to where you want to go.
• My Evolution (Self/Team/Organisation/Community) explores your evolutionary progress—your latest feedback/performance measures, and your commitments to continued growth and learning.
