Selection Criteria

The characteristics for selecting individuals for a talent management pool proposed in the New leadership paradigm  Learning System are the same characteristics that have been responsible for 14 billion years of successful evolution— adaptability, continuous learning, the ability to bond, the ability to cooperate, and the ability to handle complexity.
