The are forty-two exercises in the Leading Self Workbook. The exercises are organised in such a way as to correspond to the six section headings of the Leading Self Journal.
Almost all the exercises in the Leading Self Workbook can be self-facilitated. You can also get together with a group of friends or work colleagues and create a local study group.
If you are a consultant, professor or change agent in an organisation you can take a group of people through the learning process by arranging 2 to 3 day sessions for the group every 2 to 4 weeks.
Individuals in the group would be expected to complete 4 to 6 exercises between each of the group sessions. In this way, you could complete the full training programme in a period of 2 to 4 months depending on how much time your students have available.
