Stress

Stress is basically a product of the subconscious fear-based beliefs you have about the world.

To eliminate stress, you must learn to challenge these beliefs so that you see them differently. Stress comes from your thoughts about a situation not from the circumstances themselves. Your level of stress is strongly correlated with your capacity for personal mastery. The more accomplished you are in personal mastery, the less stress you will experience.

From resistance to impatience; from frustration to anger; and from anger to rage, the ego’s fears (conscious and subconscious) of not getting its needs met are the origin of your stress. When that stress persists, it becomes a threat to your life.

This is why personal mastery and learning how to shift to a higher level of consciousness by becoming a soul-infused personality are so important.
