Anarchy is internal instability that has got out of control—situations where the rule of law and its enforcement has broken down.
The roots of anarchy are most frequently found in rampant unfairness or inequality. Anarchy is an expression of rage and anger arising from a population segment that has not been able to get its needs met over a significant period of time.
The establishment of the rule of law is important to make sure everyone in the nation is treated equally and fairly, and everyone understands the obligations they must meet for the privilege of citizenship.
