As far as leading a community or a nation is concerned the most important general practices are:

• Reducing the cultural entropy in your community or nation
• Measuring your community’s or nation's performance
• Being the change you want to see in the world

If you are to become a new paradigm community leader you will need to remember that you live in a quantum world of energy where your reality—the way you interpret your world—is whatever you choose it to be.

This is true for you and for everyone in your community. In order to be a leader of a community where there are people with a diverse set of beliefs, you will need to practice values-based leadership and operate with a self-transforming mind.
